About the position 

Cyrus is looking for a passionate Marketing Designer, who is a strategic and conceptual thinker that can create visual solutions to solve marketing problems with experience in a professional design environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing with great attention to detail ongoing and seasonal ads, landing pages, internal assets, and other marketing and digital assets on owned and partner platforms such as Google, Facebook, App Store, and others in a way that aligns with our overall style guidelines. This is a great opportunity to take part in building and expanding our brand awareness and reaching millions of potential clients around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop marketing resources on growth and paid channels, such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Display networks, etc.
  • Research topics and demonstrate cohesive design mood boards and provide great design solutions for ongoing tasks such as ads for Google, Facebook & App Store campaigns.
  • Design innovative marketing assets that engage our potential users
  • and employees.
  • Construct creative concepts and communicate them.
  • Take part in building the Cyrus brand Identity along with the marketing and products teams.
  • Collaborate closely across disciplines with our designers, content writers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing innovative concepts for stunning marketing campaigns and brand design strategies.
  • Experience with execution at growth-focused consumer startup,
  • design studio, ad agency, or internal marketing team.
  • A comprehensive online design portfolio consisting of web-based, digital products, marketing campaigns, and strong graphic principles.
  • You’re proficient in Adobe CC, Figma, and other design tools.
  • You pay close attention to details and aesthetics, proficient in visual design and aesthetics, including typography, color, and layout
  • Knowledge of web (desktop & mobile) user experience.
  • Eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • High level of English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to put aside ego
  • for the sake of what’s best for the team.
