About the position: 

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager, passionate about technology and consumer-related products. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing the performance marketing growth channels.

Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage growth marketing and user acquisition campaigns 
  • Contribute to Cyrus’ brand construction and growth efforts with creative and innovative ideas 
  • Clearly communicate performance, strategy, and vision to key stakeholders
  • Measure and analyze content marketing and social media metrics

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience as a growth or performance marketing
  • Experience with Google AdWords and Facebook ads, attribution, and automation platforms 
  • Passionate, creative, and highly motivated individual
  • Extraordinary analytical skills - Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and app attribution 
  • A passion for working in startups and in an entrepreneurial environment 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with consumer apps - Advantage
  • Previous experience in a B2C company - Advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, marketing, or related field
